Koldinghus, restoration 1972-1992<\/p>\n
Christian III\u2019s Chapel in the south-west corner of Koldinghus. Christian III, the \u2018King of the Reformation\u2019 (1534\u201359), built Denmark\u2019s first two-storey Protestant church with a gallery. It is similar to \u2018Queen Dorothea\u2019s Chapel\u2019, built almost at the same time at S\u00f8nderborg Castle. The former \u2018Room of the Word\u2019, which had four tall windows facing west and south, has been converted into an auditorium. <\/p>\n
